US SHIPPING

Keleigh Teller customers get fast, free shipping on all orders over $100. Other orders qualify for our discounted flat-rate shipping of $7.00.

Please note that during holiday seasons, order processing will take 1 - 2 business days. Once your items have shipped, they will be delivered from our doorstep to yours within 3-5 business days. For orders over $750.00, a signature will be required upon receipt of delivery. For questions regarding signature requirements, please contact USPS for more information.

Shipping Rate & Delivery

All shipments are sent from San Diego, CA. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

Expedited Order Delivery Time: Expedited orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the ship date. Payment processing time is not included in this shipping estimated delivery window.

International Shipping:

At Keleigh Teller, we’re working hard to make our collection accessible to customers around the globe. International shipping rates vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $75.00 USD to Canada. 

Please Note:

• International orders are eligible for return only. To initiate a return, email us at support@keleighteller.com to request a Return Authorization form.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• Customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Origin:

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in San Diego, California.
